We offer replacement or refund in the case of (1) incorrect product received; or (2) damaged product. All claims must be reported to Customer care within 48 hours of delivery via email.
Albence does not provide refund if you simply change your mind on an item.

1. To return any items, please contact Customer Care by email email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery
In the email,
- State the problem of the delivery and attached a photo if applicable
- Attach a copy of the purchase receipt
2. Return the incorrect product or damaged product to the following address:

Upon the receipt of the returned product(s), we will issue replacement or refund. This will be communicated via email.
